Contact Chartable Support
Describe the page, action, approximate time, and error message. Do not send resident names, photos, medication records, passwords, or private invitation/reset links through ordinary email. Remove sensitive information from screenshots.
For a resident-record request, contact the facility’s owner or designated manager first. Chartable platform administrators do not automatically have access to care records.
This inbox is not an emergency service or clinical advice channel. For an urgent care issue, follow your facility’s emergency procedures. No support response time is promised in this development version.
Getting started
- Use your individual invitation to activate your account and choose your own password. Existing accounts must sign in before accepting an invitation.
- Check the active facility before opening a resident or recording care.
- Open a resident in MAR to review the order instructions and scheduled occurrence before recording. A saved electronic entry does not verify that care occurred.
- Use Daily Notes → + Add Note for shift documentation. Include any measured vital signs in the same text field.
- Use My Account for password changes, or Forgot password? on the sign-in page. Never share staff accounts.
If Chartable is unavailable
Chartable has no offline recording or automatic paper-to-app synchronization. Follow your facility’s approved downtime process. When access is available, authorized staff can print a resident profile, medication list, or monthly MAR. Printed information is a dated snapshot and must be protected and reviewed for changes.
After service returns, review existing records before entering missing documentation. Record the actual event time and use the audited late-documentation or correction workflow where required. Do not change times to bypass a warning.
